Infrastructure preparation

System parametrization

Parametrization is one of the most critical parts of the implementation process; it is the core input for the system. While we provide a suggested database for setup, all parameters can be fully configured by the client and/or our team.

Validation

After system parametrization, we support the client through the validation phase, a full-system workflow test to ensure all requirements are met before going into production.

Development

Throughout the entire process, we continue to develop new features and suggest improvements.

Operational simulation

Working alongside the client, we reproduce the normal operation of the fully configured system to resolve any doubts that may arise within the workflow.

Go-live & Support

To ensure our clients are fully satisfied, we conduct an assisted operation phase to guarantee a seamless conclusion to the implementation process.

Training
