The evolution of our portfolio: the new solutions architecture of Touch Health

The advancement of digital health requires more than technology: it requires strategic clarity, interoperability, and the ability to translate complexity into simpler, safer, and more efficient experiences. In recent years, Touch Health has deepened this vision and, now, we consolidate this movement with the complete reorganization of our portfolio.

More than a change in nomenclature, we structured our solutions into three integrated ecosystems: Motion, WiseTouch, and inTouch, each responsible for an essential axis of healthcare operations. This new architecture translates 25 years of innovation into a clear logic, capable of supporting institutions at different levels of digital maturity.

Below, we present how this evolution repositions our solutions and strengthens our commitment to efficiency, interoperability, and technical depth.

A new way to organize healthcare technology: three ecosystems, one purpose

The Motion ecosystem expands and integrates new solutions

Diagnostic management is one of Touch Health’s historical pillars, and now it gains even more robustness with the reorganization of its modules.

Two important solutions now integrate this ecosystem with a new identity:

  • Clirea, our specialized solution for creating and reviewing imaging reports, is now called MotionCoreImage.
  • Lois, the logistics management system, evolves to MotionWMS, strengthening the pillar of laboratory and hospital supplies.

In addition, MotionLIS is no longer recognized as an isolated product and is now structured as a complete ecosystem within Motion, capable of serving operations of different sizes, specialties, and complexity levels. Motion is now structured into:

  • MotionLIS, with modules such as MotionLIS One, MotionLIS CoreLab, MotionLIS Pathology, and MotionLIS Genomics, covering general laboratories, pathological anatomy, molecular biology, and advanced analytics;
  • MotionCoreImage, a centralized web system for the creation and management of structured medical reports, with customization and integration with RIS, HIS, and PACS;
  • MotionWMS, which reinforces logistics integration and intelligent control of hospital and laboratory inventories.

The evolution of these products expands interoperability between diagnostic areas and brings our clients even closer to an integrated management oriented towards qualified decision-making.

Patient Intelligence repositioned: WiseTouch is born

The former MotionWISE, dedicated to clinical scheduling, evolves and becomes WiseTouch, now established as Touch Health’s Patient Intelligence ecosystem.

WiseTouch automates all clinical, operational, and administrative scheduling rules, reducing errors from the first contact and offering a more organized and accessible experience. It drives the entire process: schedule parameterization, rule management, attendance confirmation, and integration with digital platforms.

With this change, we consolidate our commitment to delivering a unique solution for institutions that wish to transform the most sensitive stage of the care workflow: the beginning of the journey.

The Patient Experience gains a new ecosystem: inTouch

The way patients interact with healthcare services has evolved, and our solutions have evolved along with it.

The former VeDocs, responsible for making reports and images available to patients and requesting physicians, is now called inTouch View, integrating the new inTouch ecosystem.

inTouch gathers the main technologies that connect the patient to the service: from order registration to self-service, from scheduling to the delivery of results, with modules such as:

  • inTouch One: all ecosystem features in a single integrated solution;
  • inTouch FrontDoor: order registration and self-scheduling;
  • inTouch SmartOCR: intelligent reading of medical orders;
  • inTouch Concierge: continuous and automated digital customer service.

This ecosystem consolidates our expertise in fluid and intelligent Patient Experiences, unifying capabilities that were previously distributed across different products.

When integrated, the WiseTouch and inTouch solutions offer digital self-services with unprecedented reach and efficiency, combining complete automation of SADT rules with the communicational fluidity of the most modern AI technologies.

The portfolio reorganization marks a new phase for Touch Health. With the Motion, WiseTouch, and inTouch ecosystems, we make our operation clearer and expand the impact of the solutions, especially when applied in an integrated manner.
